We could also save you money on your air conditioning as the majority of your lighting bill is actually spent on heat. A normal incandescent bulb uses 80% of its energy to generate heat, and only 20% to generate light. On average, one 50W incandescent light bulb could heat up a small room by 5 degrees per hour. The surface temperatures of these bulbs range between 200-260°C. Our bulbs run cool, as they only heat up to a maximum temperature of 55°C.
